Challenge · 18+

Same habits. Same stretch of days.

Keep a solo board on your phone, or invite friends and watch the leaderboard move. Everyone in a challenge tracks the same habits for a set period. Scoring is days completed — and quantity progress when a habit has a target, like 10,000 steps.

  1. 1Build the board. Name the challenge, pick dates, add the shared habits.
  2. 2Invite by email. Friends with a Habits account get a link. New people create one with that same email and the challenge is waiting in the app.
  3. 3Tick on Today. Shared habits mirror onto your personal list. Completions sync so the leaderboard stays honest.

Challenge is optional. You must be 18 or over. Personal habits never leave the phone — only the shared board uses a Habits account on wearehabits.com.
